Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Majority of orders are shipped via USPS. If your address is unable to receive USPS packages please reach out to us via email at shopjunelanding@gmail.com prior to placing your order.
Please allow 1-3 days for fulfillment after your order is placed. Orders with standard shipping typically take around 3-7 business days in transit, however transit times can vary depending on your location!
All orders ship out of central Wisconsin, so orders to California, for instance, may take longer than orders shipping to Ohio.
What is the return or exchange policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date for refund or store credit. Merchandise must be in original packaging with tags and in sellable condition to be accepted as a return. Cosmetics, and sale items are all final sale.
To initiate a return or exchange please contact us at shop@junelanding.com and include the following:
- Your first and last name
- Email address
- Order number (found on your packing slip and order confirmation email)
- What you wish to return or exchange
We will then provide you with a return shipping label. A return shipping fee of $5 may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Returns are processed weekly, please allow 5 business days once your item as arrived to our warehouse to receive a notification of a refund.
Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed and confirmed, we start processing it right away. That said, if within 12 hours of placing your order we typically will be able to make adjustments or changes as long as the order has not yet shipped.
