Majority of orders are shipped via USPS. If your address is unable to receive USPS packages please reach out to us via email at shopjunelanding@gmail.com PRIOR to placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note, cosmetics, jewelry, Harbor Totes, and sale items are all final sale. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery date for refund or store credit for eligible items. Merchandise must be in original packaging with tags and in sellable condition to be accepted as a return.

To initiate a return or exchange please email us at shopjunelanding@gmail.com and include the following:

  1. Your first and last name
  2. Email address
  3. Order number (found on your packing slip and order confirmation email)
  4. What you wish to return or exchange

We will then provide you with a return shipping label. A return shipping fee of $5 may be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Returns are processed weekly, please allow 5 business days once your item has arrived to our warehouse to receive a notification of a refund.
